Week 4 Social Networking

Facebook. Yes it's fun. Stupid quizzes, stupid games and online chat with friends. I have been a member of facebook for a while, and we are currently organising our school reunion via facebook, as most people have an account. It is a great way to connect with large groups of people australia and worldwide. One of my friends has been travelling worldwide, and we can stay updated on his progress and photos. Lots of fun.

Week 3 : you tube, pocasting and overdrive

Ok so you tube is full of lost of rubbish high school kids posting silly things, but just sometimes you find something that you like. I found this clip yesterday, and just loved the cat. I sent a link to the clip to my girlfriend who teaches piano, and she was able to enjoy the clip as well. It is a very useful tool, but like most things you have to look around and sort through. I think I will just try to do this again without beccas help.

Podcasting

Podcasting is broadcasting, basically it is on demand broadcasting. You can log in whenever it suits you to listen to a broadcast, which could be interviews, music even language lessons.
